Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, rock, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

The delivery fee covers not just the setup of the inflatable(s) but also the gas and maintenance of our vehicles.

Yes our setup includes a tarp to go underneath each inflatable.  If extra tarps are preferred for more ground coverage, we can provide them for an extra charge.  Please let us know during your rental booking.

Pickups typically start around 6:00pm-7:00pm.  Pick up times are not scheduled, in some cases could be 8pm. If you need your bounce house picked up at an exact time, please contact us in advance for special arrangements.  Otherwise the delivery driver will discuss the pickup window with you at delivery.

Not typically, however when booking your water ride please let us know ahead of time.  

We deliver our generator rentals filled with gas as a courtesy. You are responsible for checking the gas level every hour and adding more gas if needed.

Equipment cannot be left unattended. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended and your damage waiver will be void (if applicable). This also means that if your event is at a park, you cannot leave the park before we pickup the equipment.

We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems on the property due to stakes or staking. If you have a sprinkler system please let us know while onsite where not to stake.

You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets (and power) within 50 feet of your set up area. If you are renting a bounce house typically 1 regular wall outlet will do the job.

Please measure your set up area to make sure everything will fit as we cannot be responsible if there’s not enough room for the rentals you selected.  We are willing to assist in measuring once the 50% deposit is made, a couple of days available prior to delivery date and within 10 miles of office location.

Please be sure to have your grass cut no later than the day before we set up.

We do not offer pickup at this time, delivery only.

If you only paid the deposit for your rentals, the remaining balance is due no later than the day before your event. This helps us ensure that there are no delays in delivery.

Deposits are non refundable and guarantee your rentals for the day of your event. Rescheduling options are only available due to inclement weather.
